Mia Bella Hair Studio liability is limited as permitted under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). But, if you are not satisfied within a 48 hours of your hair appointment, we guarantee we will redo your hair for free at discretion of the Hair dresser

All Colours must use Mia Bella Hair Salon approved shampoo and conditioner in order to keep colour desired. Once arrived you give our stylists permission to colour/cut your hair and understand that your desired colour may take more than one session to achieve. You are responsible for the condition of your hair. You must be aware that the lightening process may cause some damage to your hair.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel in a timely manner. Cancellations made within less than 72 hours of your scheduled appointment incur a charge of 50% of your total booking fee, charged to your credit/debit card.

If you are more than 15-minutes late we may decline your appointment due to the affect it will have to the subsequent bookings after yours. If this happens, you will incur a fee of 30% of the service cost.
